Dark Knight Rises food truck debuts in NYC

As a promotion for the New York Toy Fair, a food truck featuring a new image of The Dark Knight Rises has been spotted around New York City, according to ComingSoon. The truck, which is meant to serve breakfast and lunch to Toy Fair attendees, features a glimpse of Batman’s newest vehicular toy, The Bat, and it’s awesome.

But while the vehicle is cool – I’m sure it will whir, spin, and do all sorts of mind-blowing things when the movie is released in July – the real story here is that there is, in physical existence, a Batman-themed food truck. In my humble opinion, it’s the most satisfyingly wonderful mobile dining experience since Happy Endings’ Steak Me Home Tonight. My only sadness is that there isn’t a clever name for the truck… but that’s why I’m here.
